Good morning!!! God has blessed us to see another day! Try gathering your thoughts in the morning by spending a few moments on yourself, deep breathing or meditation and reading your bible. If you don't have much time to work out in the morning, spend at least 15 minutes on the treadmill or walk for 15 minutes around your neighborhood. We only have one body and one life.
