Happy Tuesday!!

I got one tid bit for today. Go out and get you some fresh air and Sunlight. Sunlight is good for your body. Not to stay in the sun excessively, but enough to get the health benefits. 15 minutes a day each and every day is good for our bodies. Almost every living thing on the planet needs sunlight to survive and to function at optimal levels. Without sunlight, our bodies develop weight gain, depression, constipation, high blood pressure and a bunch of other things. There is also a thing called sun gazing which is good for our body also, but we will get into that subject later. Happy Tuesday!! God Bless!! Feel Good and Look Good!!
